Fiz uma receita bem simples, "Penne com Truta à Baiana". É basicamente filé de truta ensopado no leite de côco com manjericão. O refogado bem comum,alho,pimentão,cebola e tomate.
Organizado por Oto Schmiedt do Sebrae, o festival foi um sucesso, a bancada contou com dez jurados.

Hoje participei de um concurso de culinária em São Joaquim. Muito bem estruturado, contou com a presença dos melhores nomes da gastronomia serrana.
